David Ross is an experienced improvising musician, composer for electronics and music workshop leader based in South Norfolk.
He brings his skills as a composer, improviser and multi-instrumentalist to his workshops and recording projects for adults and adults with special needs.David has been a figure in the London underground music scene since the early 1990’s and has performed, recorded, or collaborated with Evan Parker, Matt Deighton, Jah Wobble, John Butcher, Andy Cox, Eugene Chadbourne, The Frank Chickens, and Billy Bragg. Since moving to Norfolk in 2016 to pursue The Happy Couple in a rural setting with partner Judith, he has run workshop/performances for Eastern Ear in Norwich and Gt. Yarmouth as well as several recording projects for Norwich based charity Musical Keys. He continues to perform and release albums with regular collaborators Clive Bell and Richard Scott in Twinkle3 , also with long running instrumental combo Kenny Process Team, and performing as a soloist with electronics of his own design. He has had two articles published on the subject of time modulation in voltage controlled analogue systems.
Judith Goodman studied at Chethams School of Music and Royal College of Music before enjoying life as a freelance French horn player in London, performing, recording and touring around UK and Europe. She now lives next to a nature reserve in the Norfolk Broads, where she can indulge her passion for collecting and writing music for varied and unusual string instruments such as the stoessel lute, bell cittern, dulcimer, tenor banjo, acoustic slide guitar and tenor guitar.
